Las Vegas Dining Guide

Ware's T Bones Texas Style Bar-B-Que
2740 N. Green Pkwy   (inside the Swizzle Stick Lounge)
or   4734 E. Flamingo Rd. (in Albertson's Shopping Center)
(702) 435-5937                                                                             (702) 435-5937

We think Alabama native William Ware is a genius, and if you try some of his homemade salad dressings and barbecue sauces, you'll agree. Apparently Las Vegas natives agree, because one location was not enough to satisfy the demand. Soon after opening his first location near Sam's Town, Ware opened another location in Albertson's Shopping Center.
Wares ribs are cooked to perfection. The blackened meats are smothered in delicious barbecue sauce and are so tender they jump off the bone and melt in your mouth. They give you knives, but you won't need them. We're not kidding, that's how tender they are.
If you like barbecue, you can't miss. Of course the ribs are phenomenal, but you should try and sample some of the other treats. The barbecue chicken salad is a stand-out because it is covered in Ware's spectacular honey-mustard dressing.
Parties of two or three should consider the "Feast for Two", it's two half-chickens, three beef ribs, six pork ribs, a half-pound of brisket, a pint of cole slaw, a pint of baked beans and two corn muffins for $25.
