The seven dollar lunch buffet at Shalimar is great option for lunch. You might be sick of
buffets, but Shalimar's is unlike any buffet on the Strip. You can choose from over twenty
North Indian-style dishes including favorites like tandoori (meat marinated in a spicy
yogurt sauce and baked in a clay oven), marsala ( curried
tandoori) and a variety of
naans (soft, flat breads). This is a great opportunity to sample some Indian cuisine
without spending a lot of money. Dinner is also good, but the buffet is your best bet.
