Las Vegas Dining Guide

Pamplemousse
400 E. Sahara Ave.
(702) 733-2066
This  French restaurant offers delicious food in a cozy setting. Low-ceilings and well dressed tables that are lit by candles create an intimate setting. You'll forget you're in Vegas until you see one of the headliners who frequent Pamplemousse. (It means grapefruit)  Sigfried & Roy, Wayne Newton and Robert Goulet have all been know to dine here.
The menu changes daily and is always recited by the waitstaff. Meals start off with complimentary crudités, a bowl of olives and a basket of hard-boiled eggs. Entrees that have been offered in the past include some interesting dishes like floured scallops in a butter/grapefruit sauce. Filet mignon, New York steak and rack of lamb are always offered.
