This was the first 24-hour diner in Las Vegas, and it doesn't show any signs of going
anywhere. The diner has stayed in business in Las Vegas for over 60 years by making
great greasy spoon food. In a city filled with themes and re-created styles, the Liberty
Cafe is the real deal. You sit at the counter and order from a menu that doesn't have
anything above $6.50.
The food is good and cheap. There's nothing like a burger from the Liberty Cafe,
especially when washed down with a shake. There are also diner standards like meatloaf ,
breakfast all-day and great coffee.
