Las Vegas Dining Guide

Komol
953 E. Sahara  (in the Commercial Center)
(702) 731-6542
Located in the Commercial Center with several other Asian restaurants, Komol has the best Thai food in Las Vegas. The tiny restaurant offers a  wide variety of classic Thai dishes at reasonable prices (most dinner entrees are under $11), so it's no mystery as to why Komol is so popular with locals. The menu is divided into groups of meat along with rice and noodle dishes. We liked a couple of the noodle dishes in a spicy broth, but you'll definitely work up a sweat while you eat. Between the spices and hot soup, you'll feel like you're in a sauna.
Novices can stay with the Thai standards like Satay, which are tasty and safe. More adventurous diners can try the Nam Sod, ground pork made with ginger, peanuts and hot and sour sauce. Have the Thai iced tea, it has an interesting taste unlike most domestic teas.
