Las Vegas Dining Guide

Ginza
1000 E. Sahara Ave.
(702) 732-3080
A local favorite, Ginza has some of the best sushi in Las Vegas. All the sashimi and hand-rolls are expertly made. You will find all the classic sushi dishes, but some of the more innovative rolls happen to be the best. One of our favorites was the Vegas roll; salmon, yellowtail, tuna and avocado rolled into sesame encrusted rice and flash fried to form a crunchy shell. Served with lemon soy sauce, we had to order another roll just to make sure we weren't dreaming. The sushi is the real draw, but the other entrees are quite good. You can get salmon, chicken or beef in a thick teriyaki sauce that is perfect for diners who are trying Japanese cuisine for the first time.
