The Las Vegas Review consistently chooses Chin's as their favorite Chinese restaurant, and
we can't disagree. Chin's offers absolutely fantastic dishes prepared to perfection.
Chin's is a bit expensive, but this is far from the lunch specials you pick up for lunch.
The dining room is elegant and one can often find Mr. Chin himself seating people and
chatting with customers. He's a very friendly guy and loves to share stories about his
twenty years of business.
The menu is fairly standard with some notable exceptions like strawberry chicken, but all
dishes are made with the best ingredients and are presented like works of art. (which they
are) The spring rolls are fantastic, but be warned, they may change the way you
regard all future egg and spring rolls.
