The specialty of the house is baby back ribs in a zesty barbecue sauce, but you can also get honey and molasses basted beef ribs, Carolina pork ribs or Cajun-style ribs. If you have a big appetite, get the sampler plate. It will allow you to try all the varieties of ribs. Also try the onion rings that are baked into a loaf. They're sinfully delicious. For those who are interested in lighter fare, there are also salads, seafood, and chicken dishes.
