As the Barbary Coast's gourmet restaurant, Michael's is designed like the rest of the casino - a turn-of-the-century San Francisco look that is plush and luxurious. Michael's is popular with locals and over it's 19 years at the Barbary Coast it has garnered numerous awards including being voted the finest gourmet restaurant in Las Vegas by the readers of the Review Journal. Some of the house specialties at Michael's include Dover Sole, Rack of Lamb, Chateaubriand for two, and Kansas City charcoal-broiled rib chop. The desserts are equally renown. Michael's is famous for its chocolate-dipped fruit as well as their Bananas Foster. Two separate seatings are available, at 6:00 p.m. or 9:00 p.m. Reservations are necessary.
