If you're in any way skeptical about eating at the Excalibur, consider that dinner features all-you-can-eat shrimp and prime rib in addition to a wide assortment of other foods including soups, salads, fruits, breads, meats, seafood, and desserts. The recently modeled décor is still much more modest than that of the rest of this medieval resort.
