World famous chef Emeril Lagasse brought his cuisine to the Strip - and "kicked it up a notch". If you're walking out of the MGM Grand with some winnings, consider treating yourself to Emeril's. It's absolutely fantastic and you'll probably wind up eating a dish that can't be found anywhere else. Dishes are mostly creole, with some of Emeril's personal touch. Ingredients are flown in from around the country everyday, and you can taste the difference.

All the appetizers are good, especially the barbecue shrimp. Although it is called a fish house, there are plenty of dishes for land-lubbers.
