This creation of renowned chef Mark Miller is one of the most famous restaurants in Las Vegas. Featuring innovative and expertly prepared southwestern dishes, Coyote Café consistently wows diners. The restaurant serves up a mixture of southwestern classics and innovative nouvele dishes. The main dining room has a lively bar next to which is a cazuela (casserole) oven and comal grill. You can see your dishes being prepared in a small exhibition area. The dim dining room has tables lit by candlelight and a interesting (and funny) mural on glass. The Grill Room might be more appropriate for couples; it's quieter.
