This restaurant is certainly one of the more memorable casino dining establishments in Las Vegas. The pagoda-roofed facility has running streams, waterfalls, wooden footbridges, and beautiful gardens. It also has some high-tech touches like dancing water fountains and fiber-optic light shows. (They can even simulate a rain-storm) Like all Benihana restaurants, patrons sit at a table with a large grill in the middle where a Hibachi chef theatrically prepares Japanese favorites. The shrimp tempura is out of this world. You can also get fantastic Chinese food in Benihana Village. The Garden of the Dragon serves regional dishes.
