ISLAND WATER PARK

The Tropicana Resort & Casino boasts a total of five acres of tropically landscaped grounds, pools, lagoons, waterfalls and exotic fish and birds.

There are three swimming pools. The largest main pool encompasses 12,000 sq. ft. of swimming space. It measures 295' in length by 75' in width, and its perimeter measures 810'. Tile heated indoor pool measures 1,500 sq. ft. Weather determines the months of operation. Glass doors slide shut to separate each pool and during the warmer months, it is an extension of the outdoor pool. A second independent pool is located 15' from tile main pool. A third swimming pool is located between tile Acapulco and Lanai Hotel Wings on the north side of the hotel.

The indoor pool also houses the world's first swim-up blackjack tables. The tables have a special waterproof layout and the drop boxes are heated to dry paper money. Towels keep players' hands and coins dry.

The waterslide is 19V2 ft. high and approximately 110 ft. long.

The inner gardens and water park feature over 30 separate waterfalls, pumping a total of over 10,000 gallons of water per minute. The largest waterfall that feeds into the main swimming pool pumps over 3,600 gallons of water per minute itself, with other falls varying from 1,000 to 1,250 gallons per minute.

There are three separate outdoor spas each varying in size from 151 sq. ft. to 250 sq. ft., totaling 600 sq. ft.
