TOP OF THE WORLD RESTAURANT AND LOUNGE
Located more than 800 feet in the air on level 106 of the Stratosphere Tower, the
award-winning Top of the World Restaurant offers a dining experience like no other.
Awarded "Best Gourmet Room" by the Las Vegas Review Journal, the Top of
the World features culinary delights served in an elegant upscale atmosphere with
unparalleled views of Las Vegas as the restaurant revolves 360 degrees in one hour.
The menu collection includes an eclectic selection of fresh seafood, sizzling steaks
and pasta dishes as well as signature items such as New Zealand Rack of Lamb and Chilean
Sea Bass. The perfect compliment to a well-prepared meal is a well-selected wine from Top
of the World's award-winning wine list. With high honors such as the 1998 Sante award
and Wine Spectator Magazine's "Award of Excellence", Top of the World
features a wide variety of domestic and imported wines. Sample one of Top of the World's

dinner Sunday through Thursday from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 5 p.m.

The cocktail lounge is located directly above the restaurant and offers an extensive
selection of premium spirits and live entertainment featuring the musical stylings of
Bobby Dickerson nightly except Mondays from 8 p.m. to I a.m.
The lounge is open from 10 a.m. to 1 a.m. Sunday through Thursday and 10 a.m. to 2 a.m.
Friday and Saturday.
ROXY'S DINER
Take a trip back in time to the 1950's when poodle skirts were in fashion and nothing
could top a burger, fries and milkshake from the local drive-in. Roxy's Diner replicates
the days of charm, innocence and vitality that exemplify the 50's. In an atmosphere
reminiscent of a 1950's diner and a soda fountain to match, Roxy's Diner
is the place for great food and fun. Included on the menu's hit parade are thick frosty
shakes, sandwiches, salads and burgers. Roxy's blue-plate specials include old favorites
from Mom's kitchen like chicken-fried steak, and meatloaf served with mashed potatoes and
homemade gravy. Blue-plate specials include vegetables and mashed potatoes and gravy.
Roxy's is open for lunch and dinner from 12 noon to 10 p.m. daily. Roxy's is also proud to
present a new breakfast menu on Saturday and Sunday at 9 a.m.
MONTANA'S CAFE AND GRILLE
Enjoy an eclectic menu of salads, sandwiches, steaks, pasta and more 24 hours a day in
Montana's Caf6 and Grille. Dine in an atmosphere of low lighting, greenery, rock and hard
wood floors with roomy booths that help add to a comfy casual dining experience. Sample
succulent steaks, prime rib and fresh fish daily after 5 p.m. or order breakfast around
the clock.
STRATOSPHERE BUFFET
Experience an international feast as you take a trip around the world at the
Stratosphere Buffet. Dine on favorites from Italy and the Far East or head south of the
border to create your own Mexican feast. Also included is a carving station featuring
succulent prime rib, roast beef and tender turkey. Friday and Sunday evenings the
Stratosphere Buffet features the Seafood Fantasy Buffet from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Price is
$11.25 per person. Buffet hours are 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. breakfast, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. lunch,
and 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. dinner.
TOWER OF PASTA
Dine on traditional Italian favorites in a setting reminiscent of old Italy. Featuring
pastas, veal chicken and only the freshest seafood. Also featuring an extensive wine list,
homemade Italian desserts, and specialty coffees. Serving dinner nightly.
