Dining at the Orleans

Canal Street Grille

An elegant restaurant in which to enjoy a memorable dining experience. You can reserve a fireside booth and choose from a seasonal menu of fresh seafood and carefully aged meats. Try such seafood appetizers as Crawfish and Crab Ravioli and Ocean Scallops in wine or have some of the innovative entrees like Pacific Salmon in Lime Ginger Sauce. They also have a selection of seven different delicious sauces to accompany steaks and prime rib. Dinner only.

Vito's
Ascend the spiral staircase to this fancy Italian restaurant that overlooks the casino floor. This is a good place for a pre-diner cocktail and some great people watching opportunities. The food is absolutely terrific. Choose from a menu of Vito's original recipes and favorites like Five Cheese Lasagna, Calamari Oscar, Veal Marsala or Pollo Alfredo Louisiana. The lounge is open for pizza until 2am. Dinner only.

Don Miguel's
Don Miguel's offers good Mexican food in a pretty dining room that has mirror and brass ceiling ornamentation and a beautiful mural covering one wall. The menu consists of traditional Mexican dishes like burritos and tacos with some of Don Miguel's original entrees like Chicken Baldastano, Filet Colorado, and Snapper Cascabel. Finish your meal with the Tequila Flan, it's terrific. Besides the outstanding food, attractive aspect of Don Miguel's is that you can see chefs making the tortillas. Open for lunch and dinner.

Courtyard Cafe
The courtyard cafe is a 24-hour coffee shop serving the standard diner fare like burgers and fries along with some good Chinese and Creole dishes. Probably the only place in town where you can get Singapore Noodles, Moo Shu Pork, Peking Duck and Bayou Burgers. Most dishes are available 'round the clock.
