THE RAINFOREST CAFE
The Rainforest Cafe - A Wild Place to Shop & Eat!® Exotic tropical birds caw in the
distance. Animated elephants shower each other with water. Hungry leopards lurk in the
shadows of the thick, lush vegetation. A family of gorillas creates a clamor of playful
noise. Suddenly, a voice in the midst calls a greeting: "Your adventure is about to
begin." An expedition into the wilds of Africa? No. Welcome to the Rainforest Cafe,
an untamed paradise brimming with natural wonders, tropical trees, and an array of
merchandise from around the world. Guests enter the dining area by walking under a
10,000-gallon double archway aquarium full of large marine fish from around the world -
featuring more, than 22 species. Simulated tropical rain storms sweep across the
restaurant complete with thunder and lightning. All of the items on the menu are cleverly
named and artfully presented for the entire family. Selections include: pastas, salads,
signature sandwiches, and delectable desserts.

DRAGON COURT
This intimate dining establishment offers the finest in traditional Chinese cuisine
featuring Mandarin and Cantonese specialties. An array of beef, pork, seafood, poultry and
vegetarian delights are offered for dinner, as well as specialty cocktails from the
Orient. Appetizers begin with golden fried egg rolls, moo shu pork, fan-tailed crispy
fried shrimp, dragon court pupu platter, and honey-glazed barbecued pork or ribs to name a
few.

EMERIL LA GASSE 'S NEW
ORLEANS FISH HOUSE
Celebrity chef/author Emeril Lagasse brings
his signature New Orleans blend of modem Creole/Cajun cooking to the Studio Walk at MGM
Grand with Emeril's New Orleans Fish House. The restaurant features his delectable dish,
Emeril's New Orleans BBQ Shrimp, as well as a study of lobster, fresh fish flown in from
around the world daily, and his special double-cut pork chop. And dont forget to
leave room for his famous banana cream pie with banana crest and caramel. Emeril's is open
for lunch and dinner. Located next to the restaurant is Emeril's seafood bar, a walk-up
style eatery featuring fresh shellfish and other quick seafood specials.

FRANCO NUSCHESE'S
TRE VlSI AND LA SCALA
Famous restaurateur Franco Nuschese, known
for his distinguished Cafe Milano in Washington D.C.'s, Georgetown, brings his popular
blend of Italian favorites - Northern, Southern, Tuscan and Milanese cuisines - to the MGM
Grand. Tre Visi features homemade pastas, chicken, veal, fresh fish, pizzas and breads
baked on premise. The casually elegant restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch, and
dinner. Tm Vlsi's fine dininH room - La Scala - models the famous opera house in Milan,
Italy as dining booths replicate a theatre balcony. A foil-service bar styled in an old
Roman motif sets the stage for a wine-rack that holds 1,000 of the finest Vanes. Tre Visi
also serves a different flavor of gelato every day of the year.

GATSBYS
This signature gourmet restaurant features a unique blend of Continental
cuisine with an Asian flair. Headed by Las Vegas executive chef Terence Fong, this
intimate 70-seat restaurant boasts a Bonnet kitchen system used m very few restaurants
world-wide. Table service is only the finest - Christofle silver, Riedel crystal and
Bemardaud Limgoe and ViIleroy and Boch china. One of Gatsby's dining highlights is the
chefs table, located in a private room constructed with glass walls allowing guests
to view the kitchen operation for an incomparable dining experience. Gatsby's serves only
the freshest ingredients with a rotating array of dishes and specialty entrees which
change daily.
Menu specialties include: Rack
of lamb, seared Ahi tuna in sesame crust, grilled farm-raised ostrich, Dover sole, Foie
Gras and fresh Abalone. Gatsby's is one of the few restaurants in the U.S. that serves
Japanese Kobe Beef. Chef Fong has built a tremendous reputation for his eclectic tasting
menus, vegetarian dishes, and mastery of classic cuisine.
Gatsby's also features one of the finest
wine selections in the State of Nevada. Three separate climate- controlled Wine cellars,
on display for guests, house whites, reds and champagnes, with more than 600 collections
representing every wine region of the world. The restaurant also has three certified
sommeliers.

recreated The Brown Derby on its glamorous Studio Walk which features the finest
steakhouse menu in the city - including the signature Cobb salad and grapefruit cake made

and beef; poultry, lamb, pork and seafood entrees, distinct salads and appetizers as well

Neyle
Mediterranean Grill
Inspired by the foods of Ottoman Turks, Egyptian, Greek and French
rulers, and Arab tribes, Neyla's cuisine melds the best of Mediterranean
specialties and adds fusion American favorites. "The Neyla dining
experience is truly like no other. We serve elegant foods that are
gently spiced with the spirit of the region's famed generosity,"
said Chef Brendan McGovern. "It's a wonderful atmosphere that
excites all senses."
To add to the ambiance, Neyla features a working hookah, the smoking
instrument from the region, in a separate room.
Ricardo's
Located along the MGM Grand's Studio Walk. This 11,056-square-foot
Mexican restaurant seats 320 and offers patrons both a fine dining, and
casual dining atmosphere. In addition, Ricardo's-MGM Grand features
nightly entertainment, a walk-up margarita bar, and exhibition palapa
taco bar, and a gift shop featuring themed merchandise.
