Sixteen distinctive restaurants offer Las Vegas Hilton guests a range of culinary adventures, from a quick snack to a seven-course repast, from burgers and fries to Continental cuisine, or from hearty steaks and seafood delicacies to Japanese hibachi. Among the restaurants are Benihana, Hibachi, Benihana Robata, The Reef, MargaritaGrille, Andiamo, the Hilton Steakhouse, Paradise Cafe, Garden of the Dragon and Bistro Le Montrachet.

BISTRO LE MONTRACHET

Featuring the finest in classic French cuisine with a contemporary flavor and style, Bistro Le Montrachet, is a connoisseur's delight. Enjoy contemporary Continental cuisine delicately prepared and artfully served in the elegant dining room for both Lunch and Dinner. Bistro Le Montrachet's exclusive stock of more than 400 hand-selected wines are carefully stored in the adjoining display wine cellar.

QUARK'S BAR AND RESTAURANT

Enjoy the finest foods of the Universe, along with Earth favorites from hamburgers to pasta, inside Star Trek: The ExperienceTM.

Uniforms servers will take your orders on triorders and Klingons and Ferengi are available for delicacy recommendations. On the menu: chicken wings in a Vulcan hot sauce, Klingon Kabob, Thalian Chocolate Mousse and, naturally, Glop on a Stick.

In the adjacent bar, you can be the first in your galaxy to enjoy Romulan Ale (a specially brewed blue beer) or unique concoctions such as a Ferengi Freeze, Vulcan Volcano, Ferengi Marauder or the,Harry Mudd martini.
