CAFE ROMA
Cafe Roma, like Las Vegas, offers
informal dining 24 hours a day, with a wide variety of selections, from a quick snack to a
full breakfast, lunch and dinner. The restaurant is famed for its tempting array of
luscious tortes, coffee cakes, pies, cakes and other desserts, showcasing the talents of
award-winning pastry chefs.
Daily specials often include tile chefs
catch of the day and other entrees, moderately priced and served with fresh breads baked
daily in Caesars' kitchens. All-day dining menus spotlight popular entrees and snacks.
Buffets are available during breakfast, luncheon and dinner hours as a convenient
alternative to the varied menu. Breakfast is served 24 hours daily. During dinner hours, a
complete Chinese menu is added to the Cafe Roma service.
Strikingly attractive murals of ancient
Roman scenes surround the two-tiered restaurant. The decor creates a Romanesque atmosphere
for guests who enjoy casual dining, a la carte selection and personal table service.
In 1998, Cafe Roma will move to a nearby
expanded, poolside location overlooking the Garden of the Gods.
