DRAI'S ON THE STRIP
A gourmet dining experience at the Barbary Coast awaits those who dine at
Drai's On The Strip, a restaurant that opened in the hotel in Fall 1997. Drai's On The
Strip is the third restaurant owned by former movie producer Victor Drai who first opened
his trendy West Hollywood dining room in 1993, followed three years later by a bistro
version in Beverly Hills.
Four separate dining rooms, plus a separate private dining room can accommodate
individual diners or private parties. A spacious, comfortable, living room lounge features
live entertainment on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights beginning at 8 o'clock.
The restaurant's signature dishes include Seven-Hour Leg of Lamb, Glazed Chilean Sea
Bass and all of its Black Angus beef and free-range chicken entrees. Dessert musts are
Drai's famous Hot Chocolate Souffl6 and home-baked cookies. A full menu of fine wines and
champagnes easily pleases the most discerning diner.
Drai's is accessible via private elevator from the Barbary Coast's casino. Dinner is
served from 5:30 p.m. until midnight, and High Teas, private lunches, dinners or cocktail
